We use account, profile, content, security, transaction and device data to provide and protect the platform. Identity and payment providers process verification and financial data under their own notices.
Purpose and control
Data is processed to perform the service, meet legal duties, prevent abuse and pursue legitimate platform security interests. Optional communications require the appropriate choice or consent.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, portability, deletion, restriction or objection. Some financial and safety records must be retained by law.
Security and retention
Novyst applies access controls, encryption, audit trails and minimisation. Retention follows the purpose, legal requirements, disputes and fraud-prevention needs.
